Sheet 01 / 10
Scale 1 : 20
Rev  —

Modular cabinetry drawn to the millimetre, itemised board by board, and built off site by our own crew. You approve the drawing and the quantities before a single sheet goes on the saw.

Renovation anxiety is rarely about taste. It is about not knowing.

Not knowing what the number covers. Not knowing whether the finish on the last cabinet will match the first. Not knowing what changed between the day you agreed and the day it arrived. We built the company around removing that, which is why the drawing and the itemised quantities come before the price, and why nothing is fabricated on your floor.

01 — Drafting

The drawing is the product.

Before material is discussed, your space is measured and drawn as a dimensioned elevation. Every carcass, every door swing, every filler against an out-of-square wall is resolved on the sheet, where a change costs a revision number rather than a panel.

Each drawing carries a revision counter and a status. When it moves, you see the new number. Nothing goes to procurement until the sheet you approved is the sheet being cut from.

02 — Material

Two looks.
Three textures.

The range is deliberately narrow, because a narrow range is one we can match. Solid colours and woodgrain, each available matte, stipple, or UV gloss. Move across a sample below — the light rakes low, the same way a finish is checked on the bench.

Every panel shows its 18 mm edge. The warm band along the bottom of each sample is the board core — the colour you only meet at a cut, and the colour the edgebanding is there to close.

Counters are priced by the slab your run actually consumes, not by an averaged rate. Hardware is specified by brand and model on your quotation.

03 — Module

Modular does not mean less custom.

It means the carcass is built to your dimensions in the shop, on a bench, under controlled conditions — then carried in finished and set. The dust, the offcuts and the margin for error stay with us.

Backs are the same 18 mm board as the carcass, not a 3 mm skin. It costs more and it is the reason a cabinet still sits square after it has been loaded.

04 — Range

Eight lines, one standard.

Domestic and commercial work run through the same drawing office, the same board specification and the same in-house crew.

01 Modular kitchen U-shape, L-shape, galley or island — set out against your measured wall
02 Cabinets Base, wall and tall units for any room in the house
03 Closets Hanging, shelving and drawer banks to a fitted opening
04 Walk-in closets Full-room joinery, drawn as a set of elevations
05 Vanity Counter, basin cut-out, mirror and lighting as one unit
06 Office partition Workstation divisions with cable management drawn in
07 CR partition Cubicle systems in moisture-rated board
08 Office tables Desks and meeting tables to match the partition specification

05 — Ledger

A quotation you can audit.

Your quotation is not a lump sum with a signature line. It is a bill of quantities: every board, every metre of edgebanding, every hinge and every accessory, listed with its thickness, its dimensions and the quantity your drawing consumes.

It is organised in the same six sections every time, so a quotation from us can be read against a quotation from anyone else — line by line, rather than number against number.

Quantities and rates are computed from your approved drawing, so this page carries the structure and none of the figures. Ritehome is VAT registered and quotes VAT inclusive.

06 — Sequence

Four stages, each with a name attached.

A job moves through four tracked stages. At any point you can ask which stage yours is in and who is holding it, and get an answer rather than an estimate.

01

Drafting

Drafter

Site measured, elevations drawn, revisions logged. Ends when you approve the sheet.

02

What it takes to start.

A design deposit of ₱5,000 opens the drawing stage and is credited against your down payment. From there the schedule is fixed and published, so no stage is a surprise.

Specification levels

Three levels, set against your drawing rather than a brochure. What sits in each is agreed line by line before the quotation is issued.

Tier 01

Essential

The core specification — carcass, doors, counter and working hardware.

Tier 02

Premium

Upgraded finishes and hardware, with accessories brought into the drawing.

Tier 03

Executive

The full specification, with counter and accessory selections opened up.

08 — Enquiry

Start with the measurement.

Tell us the room and where you are. A site visit is arranged from there, and the drawing follows the visit.

Three measurements worth having ready before the first call: the full length of each wall the run meets, the ceiling height, and the position of any window, door or service point along that wall.
